We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading all HR functions, ensuring compliance, and supporting a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Oversee employee relations and handle employee issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Lead performance management processes and annual evaluations.
- Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws and internal regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reports.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and HR-related administrative tasks.
- Plan and execute training and development programs to support employee growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar senior HR role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- HR certification or diploma is a plus.
