HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading all HR functions, ensuring compliance, and supporting a positive and productive work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Oversee employee relations and handle employee issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Lead performance management processes and annual evaluations.
  • Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reports.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Plan and execute training and development programs to support employee growth.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist  or in a similar senior HR role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • HR certification or diploma is a plus.
